libgstreamer-perl software package provides Perl interface to the GStreamer media processing framework, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-perl
libgstreamer-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgstreamer-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgstreamer-perl *
You will get with libgstreamer-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
